Student Sitter Administrative Assistant
Role and Responsibilities
Combination of Administrative Tasks & Babysitting Jobs
Administrative work may include:
Updating student/small group/family information & following up with job requests, student applications, email, etc. using operations such as Google Drive, Monday.com, Setmore App, Squarespace, etc.,
Assisting with Boot Camp prep (materials, registration) and presentation (attending Boot Camp sessions and helping train students)
Assisting with ongoing Student Sitter training and the Student Sitter Certification Process
Communicating with customers (small groups or families) and business owners (Student Sitters & parents)
Helping organize and maintain files in the Student Sitters Drive
Assist with general advertising/recruiting of students, small groups, & families
Babysitting work may include:
Small-group sitting, in-home sitting
Assisting a new sitter at a job
Babysitting as a back-up for a student who needs to cancel
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Google Drive, ability to learn and use other software, computer systems. Customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, time management
Additional Notes:
Approximately 4 hours of administrative per week and 2+hours per week of babysitting.
Participate in a weekly staff meeting.
