About the company:
Student Startup, Inc is a non-profit that empowers high school and college students to start and grow their own businesses. Our goal is to use the opportunities and challenges of owning a small business to break the cycle of perpetual adolescence and help young people become mature adults, like Jesus, who love their neighbor through their vocation and carry an entrepreneurial mindset with them in all areas of life.

Faith, Work, and Entrepreneurship Philosophy:
We believe God cares about work, and our program is designed to help students see their vocation as a primary way they love their neighbor and glorify their creator. The teachings and example of Jesus are our foundation, and we encourage students to set growth goals not only for their business and leadership development, but also their spiritual development (what does it profit a man if he gains the world and loses his soul?). We are thankful to effectively partner with many secular institutions including public schools. Our approach is to have students be in the driver’s seat (entrepreneurial) when it comes to their personal growth. We try to ask good questions and recommend resources from a biblical worldview to help them reach their goals. Some students are interested in faith and others are not. We share Christ boldy, but enthusiastically serve students from any background regardless of religion.
